By accessing or using Auto-Pilot.social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Auto-Pilot.social is an AI-powered platform for generating, scheduling, and auto-publishing social media content across supported platforms (currently X/Twitter and LinkedIn). The Service includes AI content generation, content scheduling, brand voice training, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Violate any applicable laws or social platform terms of service
• Distribute malware, phishing, or other malicious content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is created by AI and published on your behalf. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before or after publication. Auto-Pilot.social is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content published to your social media accounts.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Paddle. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

7. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their selected plan's features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will be paused until you select a paid plan. Your data is retained for 90 days after trial expiration.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create or generate through the Service. Auto-Pilot.social retains ownership of the platform, technology, and all related intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Auto-Pilot.social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
